Format: Video Usage

Details: Talent to film and produce a finished video in collaboration with Screencraft on the agreed topic.

Topic: SanDisk Professional PRO-Blade and PRO DOCK

The video will be posted in https://sandiskproacademy.com/

The video may be shared and reproduced in SanDisk Professional Instagram, SanDisk Facebook and SanDisk Professional Website as organic and promoted posts (in the form of boosted posts only).

Video Content Compensation

The Company will compensate Talent with AU$3000 + GST.

Payment terms: Full AU$3000 payment once content are complete and approved by SanDisk Professional. Talent to provide invoice.

By signing this agreement I acknowledge I own the rights and authority to grant permission for the usage of this video and all materials within it. 

Talent Release

By granting this permission, I had the previous opportunity to view and approve of the Content found here.

I, Jay Hall, grant The Gap Agency permission to use my name, written submissions voice, likeness, and (“Content”) in written form, photographs video, and audio-visual recordings associated with the SanDisk Professional brand and SanDisk Professional Academy (“Works”).

The Materials may be published at the SanDisk Professional Academy and SanDisk Professional website and in conjunction with SanDisk Social Media channels as organic posts, as a world-wide, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license and permission to publish, share and reproduce in these media for both commercial and/or non-commercial purposes.

The Materials may be promoted via boosted Facebook posts to drive traffic to the videos on SanDisk Professional Academy. This agreement does not permit SanDisk Professional and SanDisk to run any other advertisements around the content.

My image shall not be used solely by itself on advertising, marketing and promotional material outside of the channels defined above. My image shall always be used together and in context with the Content and properly credited to me where possible. This permission will not be transferred to any third party.
